Bruce and Sharon are committed to training and equipping believers so they can minister effectively themselves. They conduct teaching and practical seminars for Christian groups, leaders and pastors around the World.

Both have been involved in front line Christian youth and adult evangelism for many years. They pastored thier own church for 16 years in London, and have ministered in many nations for over 25 years.
Training can be tailor-made to suit the requirements of any church or group. Practical training and equipping is offered to youth leaders, young adults, marrieds, singles, business groups, outreach teams and those involved in creative arts. Bruce regularly trains pastors in different aspects of church ministry.

Bruce trains individuals and groups how to use a sketchboard in evangelism. It is a highly effective crowd gatherer and visual way of presenting the Gospel.
Sharon regularly does interviews and broadcasts on radio and TV. She discusses emotive subjects such as health issues, sex, marriage and family planning, combining her nursing background with Christian values to great effect.
Using creative arts like drama, street dancing and live music, as well as football and medical camps, provide an excellent setting for Christian witness. These are regularly followed by a showing of the Jesus film which is hugely effective in rural settings.
The most recent training initiative using coloured beads and the ‘You are Special' booklets described in the ‘Resources' section has been particularly effective even amongst those who cannot read and write in many countries. A number of simple outreach publications are available from the ministry and have been translated into a number of languages.
